Family Owned
In the Summer of 1972, a young man graduated from college eager to begin a professional career that would help people.
In those days, Medicine was a family cottage industry with doctor’s often practicing from their home and knowing most everyone in the community, often on a first name basis. Neighborhood pharmacies too were family owned and operated. It was not unusual for Doctor’s and Pharmacist’s to get up in the middle of the night to help patients.
This young man found a position representing a family-owned Swiss company in the New England area. He learned quite a bit from the company, but infinitely more from his customers. People are important and we are here to take care of them.
Over the next 50 years, things changed in health care. Doctor’s retired and HMOs took their place, family pharmacies sold out to chain drug stores, and everything became less personal. Technology advanced but often at a cost becoming faceless and impersonal to patients and their families.
It is in wanting to get back to a “family feeling” that 1st Choice Therapeutics was founded. It is 100% family owned and operated offering reasonably priced products that are effective and safe, like the MediQuick Family of Products. We encourage communication from you and with you. Allow us get to know you and you, us. Send us Before and After pictures, ask us questions give us your thoughts – we want to hear from you! Count on getting a quick response (if you want one) from a member of our Family- not a computer!
We are all in this together during these difficult times. We pledge to donate 1% of our Total Sales every month to a rotating Food Pantry. Every month it will go out to a different one.
Feel free to nominate a Food Bank in your community. We will add it to our list of high percentage charity’s that convert their contributions to food for hungry people.
As we grow, we hope to increase our current 1% of all sales to a higher level.
Like the late famous song writer & “End Hunger Champion” Harry Chapin once said, “When in Doubt… Do Something!”, so in his memory- we are trying to help.
Stay Well & Stay in Touch!
